Miss Cahill, whose platform is "Project 1626-Drive Safe, Drive Smart", performed an Irish dance and currently studies marketing at Wilmington University. She previously held the local title, Miss Rehoboth Beach.
The pageant took place at Dover Downs, in Dover, Delaware.
